账号注销与数据删除

App内发起

登录局友社区App。
进入“我的”→“设置”→“注销账号”。
阅读处理范围，输入确认文字并提交。

提交后账号会立即停用，所有设备退出。个人资料、公开帖子、评论和留言数据将在30天内删除或匿名化。

无法登录

请用注册时的手机号或邮箱向 privacy@juyoushequ.com 发送“账号注销申请”。客服会在不索要密码和完整验证码的前提下核验账号归属。

依法留存

报名、内容审核、安全审计或争议证据只在法律要求的期限和目的内保存，不再用于推荐或营销。

In the app, open Profile > Settings > Delete account. The account is disabled and sessions are revoked immediately; profile and user-generated content are deleted or anonymised within 30 days. If you cannot sign in, email privacy@juyoushequ.com from your registered contact address. Legally required booking and audit records are retained only for their mandatory period.
